orch — AI Orchestration CLI
One command, the right AI: a CLI that routes each request to Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT

Overview
orch is a personal command-line tool that orchestrates several AI providers behind a single command. You describe what you want in plain words and orch decides who does it: Claude writes code straight into your project and helps with design, Gemini generates images and Veo video, and ChatGPT answers questions. A lightweight Claude Haiku call does the routing, and before anything reaches ChatGPT or Gemini, Claude Opus rewrites the request into a detailed prompt that you can review, edit or replace. Every paid call and every file write asks for your approval first.
Highlights
- Smart routing: a Claude Haiku call classifies each request (code, design, image, video, question), with free keyword matching as a fallback and a --model flag to force a provider
- Claude as prompt writer: requests for ChatGPT and Gemini are first rewritten by Claude Opus, and you choose to send, edit, use your original words or cancel
- Code mode with tool use: Claude explores the project with list_files/read_file and proposes each file, which you confirm one by one; paths outside the working folder are blocked
- Gemini image and Veo video generation saved to orch-output/, previewed right in the terminal
- Cost safety: every paid call asks first, with optional remembered approvals; API keys stored locally with owner-only permissions
- Interactive menu and chat loop with history, streamed markdown answers and configurable models and routes; tested with Vitest
